JOHN DAY, FOUNDER AND CEO

John Day (FCA, FGIA) is Remuneration Strategies founder and CEO. While John’s background is in chartered accounting, he is widely regarded as an expert remuneration consultant, particularly in the integration of employee share plans into remuneration strategies and succession planning.

John is a Fellow of both Chartered Accountants Australia an New Zealand and the Governance Institute of Australia, and has developed and presented accredited remuneration consulting courses for financial planners and accountants.

 

John’s work is widely published, and he runs seminars Australia-wide on topics ranging from small business, succession and remuneration planning (including design), to implementing employee incentive plans. John is also the managing author of Thomson's Australian Financial Planning Handbook.
